Our Approach

Our approach is to treat you like a human being worthy of respect and dignity. After your arrest the police and the State will refer to you as the defendant. That term carries a negative stigma.

At Perches Law we will give you the respect you deserve and refer you by your first and last name, not defendant. After all,  you are presumed innocent.
